Another smart arse...dont need to gallop her dont need to listen to your shit...she looks from my eyes as a owner...SLOW...is that clear enough for you.
Could you just explain to me why "the well being of the clubs concerned" isn't particularly relevant to the state of things?
I would have thought the well being of Trentham was quite relevant to the state of the NZ racing industry?
You are certainly entitled to that opinion, but it differs totally to my opinion. It would be a boring place if we all thought the same.
I agree though that if Trentham did $300,000 on course and $3m off course and Kumara did $400,000 on and only $1m off then Trentham is playing its role and Kumara is a bit of an aberration.
Not sure why you continue this hunt about Dunns being so much more expensive than everyone else. Can tell you that’s certainly not the case and they’re in line with the main barns in Canterbury. In fact up until about 6 months ago they were cheaper daily rate/monthly bill then most of them and RJ reluctantly went up due to rising costs of everything.
Tim’s mum owns a share in one, so Tim driving.
JUDINE the stable have been using Mikayla for the half points as concession junior plus giving her a drive for all her hard work. Diamond Racing also own a share in it. Stay in winnable race grade thanks to only getting 3 points last win not 6 thanks to Mikaylas concession half points.
BAFFLED is a special case that Riley does all the work on at home and has driven 15/16 starts including a win on debut and running in a Group 1. Also now as 4yo extra benefit is half points with Riley on.
Not sure WD, but did find this when taking a look around as to what's available.
Seems hard to fathom the numbers quoted 🤔

Don't think oncourse turnover has much to do with the overall state of things myself, other than for the well being of the clubs concerned where it is a significant earner.
Does anyone have access to the weekend turnovers from Ellerslie, Trentham and Kumara? I have no idea where you can access such things these days. It would be really interesting. I know there isn't much interest in on course attendance these days and at the big tracks a lot of people are probably hidden away inside the bars but on course turnovers surely goes some way towards indicating how the industry is tracking. Trentham had several expensive group races so I imagine they had to do a significant turnover on and off course to fund that.
I'm not holding my breath, but has the owner's' federation finally decided to promote itself and expand its membership beyond the 5% of owners that are currently members?
Thanks for that but I would have already read it , oh and practiced it .
Sold 3 2yo's over the years , all had their first prep at the track as July yearlings .
Read what I said , it was about not overdoing it to the point of soreness .
Here's one to break that habit then Alf . leave the Train 'stopping to 'Hancock' ( a hollywood movie scene)
maybe Get on number 4 in the last race at Trentham this Saturday and get aboard for some winnings on the Bridal Train. 👍💰
