You might try from right at the start when the tapes released Rakman 👍🎉 . put 4 lengths on him then straight away from the get-go lol 😆. and ran him a merry dance thereafter. Zac drove Merlin well in my opinion , and zoomed up to challenge turning for home ok, but was definitely outstayed as the Janitor stated . A bit like he was in the Nz Cup when out-stayed placing 4th. Don't panic about margins Rakman. we used to say a Nose is as good as 20 lengths as far as Victory goes in ANY race. Your name goes in the book as WINNER. Pays the same prizemoney and divvie' on the tote too no matter what the margin 🏆😎 and you get the photo on your wall . actually it's a bit of a shame Merlin stuck on so well as has covered up Carter to ruin the photo a bit ? should of dropped back another half a length I reckon so we could see Carter in the framed picture ? 😋 (don't worry, I'm sure Big Dean has pictures of Merlin on his wall , and might get some more soon 😂) -

Who Never said they weren't although their Grp1 results might not put them in the great category. I get that horses reach their grade but the whole Woodend team is going worse than bad of late and i'm simply pointing that out. If the owners are happy with poor results then thats for them to decide

But why just concentrate on Dunns. ?There’s another stable performing well below their normal results for the past decade, do you wonder what’s gone wrong there?. That’s a bit condescending. I know a few owners involved with the stable & they are very happy. Unlike you they recognise stables go through quiet patches sometimes. Dunns are great trainers.

No you come on Pure, rewatch the race then you show me where RParty put 2 lengths on Merlin, mate yuh dreamin it never happened 3/4 of a length was the official distance from 1st to 2nd and only short of the post, hey power to RParty 👏 but that was far from a 'convincing win' in your words, over Merlin, thats the issue I have with the post you made.... https://harness.hrnz.co.nz/gws/ws/r/infohorsews/wsd06x?Arg=hrnzg-Ptype&Arg=RaceVideo&Arg=hrnzg-RacehdrID&Arg=73051752-70BF-4475-AD49-B93A699A669B&Arg=hrnzg-rSite&Arg=TRUE Janitor, he just went down even though he wasn't match fit, sure he was fit to race but not match hardened like his rival, I prefer to trust in his trainers BarryP,/ScottyP their knowledge and their abilities; and I'm sure ultimately he'll get the distance..... Lamour2, as I've said to Pure convincing win over Merlin, not in my books! if RParty had run away from Merlin by 2 lengths as Pure stated, then yes I would agree, convincing win; but however, he didn't! and given as Janitor stated it was slow run race add to that RParty (bein match fit rock hard ready) did no work in the runnin, I would've thought he'd distance em all by 4 lengths or more....just sayin Cheers Iraklis

let's hope so for the poor owner's sake, not obsessed but just can't follow why they are performing so poorly especially those well in the market. This is a forum for discussions and observations, mine are usually pertinent, if you don't like them don't read them. Simple really
