Only saw about half of the races, but other than if you're trapped out wide on the home turn into the straight [read Orchestral] it appeared very even fence to fence [well, fence to mid-track anyway].

Yes, via the iPhone that QR code just took me to the TAB website, then l had to hunt around to find the actual competition. But because l knew the code word from the TV l got two entries for the price of one. My chances now must be two in a million instead of one in a million 🤣

I tend to agree. But the reason they didn't reshape it to make it fairer and safer was to "retain Ellerslie's ICONIC shape"! -
Why do failures always blame those that came before them? I always thought those that stood to make a difference promised that they could [make a difference] WITHOUT blaming those that came before them.

Well I'll say something: The bend into the straight is crap. Even if Orchestral wasn't traveling well, or fit enough, SHE HAD NO CHANCE the way they she was FLUNG SO WIDE with the crap camber of the bend into the straight. To be running all Group Ones on this track isn't a fair reflection of what NZ breeding and racing is all about. Liz

Wasn't Gookson a breath of fresh air. I didn't know who it was until someone said but very impressive - none of the bullshit we have to put up with. Aaron "the Chief, Magic man etc" were old and boring 5 years ago as are "all locked up blah blah blah" And we don't want to listen you pronounce the Russian girl name 3 times every race she is in

You should be able to just use your camera on your mobile phone (no app/scanner needed) Open camera and hover over the code, a link will then appear for you to click Hopefully this helps

Standings after Round 2 Ohokaman with a couple of top 5 finishes to lead the table after Round 2. Remember the top 12 after Round 7 progress to the Grand Final. Still a long way to go and with 40+ points available every week those toward the bottom of the table have plenty of opportunities to catch-up. See you all next week! -
Can anybody recommend a QR Code and Barcode Scanner that you don't have to enter your credit card details for? (As they all seem to charge a monthly fee after a few free days). I'm sure I used to have one, but haven't used it in years and now I can't find it

Completely anonymous today, swamped in the midfield and never looked like emerging. I guess there's always next week
