I think it was actually the turn out of the straight they never changed they did realign the home turn I think, but I could be wrong but I will find out and come back on with the info.
Totally different nothing to do with above.
Mark Jones wrote a lengthy statement agreeing that the new rule is correct and that drivers should not talk to one another walking around or driving before the start. Was on another forum and he made a lot of sense and points.
Only saw about half of the races, but other than if you're trapped out wide on the home turn into the straight [read Orchestral] it appeared very even fence to fence [well, fence to mid-track anyway].
Yes, via the iPhone that QR code just took me to the TAB website, then l had to hunt around to find the actual competition. But because l knew the code word from the TV l got two entries for the price of one. My chances now must be two in a million instead of one in a million 🤣
Why do failures always blame those that came before them?
I always thought those that stood to make a difference promised that they could [make a difference] WITHOUT blaming those that came before them.
Well I'll say something:
The bend into the straight is crap.
Even if Orchestral wasn't traveling well, or fit enough, SHE HAD NO CHANCE the way they she was FLUNG SO WIDE with the crap camber of the bend into the straight.
To be running all Group Ones on this track isn't a fair reflection of what NZ breeding and racing is all about.

Wasn't Gookson a breath of fresh air. I didn't know who it was until someone said but very impressive - none of the bullshit we have to put up with.
Aaron "the Chief, Magic man etc" were old and boring 5 years ago as are "all locked up blah blah blah"
And we don't want to listen you pronounce the Russian girl name 3 times every race she is in
