And how many winners they have ridden. https://www.sportinglife.com/racing/news/rooke-loses-five-winners/183323 -
And the McD's store wasn't even really open. Even the "surprised" people picking up their "McLies" through the drive-through were pre-vetted Trump-loving actors. Talk about show and tell. It's like watching a kindergarten in action.....

This is more like reality…..😆

It is not a Trump book, it is written by Pulitzer prize winning authors. You want the real story, read it.

The application to the Provincial Fund was public where the projected number of horses that would be trained at Awapuni was a number much higher than would ever be true. -
I think the last time it happened here was at Hokitika ? Or somewhere on the west coast of the South Island at least?

Thought they did a good job today getting around trainers and jockeys etc. Robert Dennis in particular, I thoroughly enjoyed listening to him. And what a really nice fella, no B.S egos with this man. I hope he does finish off as South Islands leading trainer this season.

'Larry' Racing this Saturday night at Menangle NSW, to confirm all is well. Grant would normally in Brisbane racing every Saturday night but 4 of his large team are NSW bred so are in the NSW Sires stakes Finals this weekend. 2 of Jason Grimsons are in the FFA Race7 against him. that were nominated for NZ CUP as well. NERANO and MAJOR MOTH. will be interesting to see if they still cross the Tasman with them, after Leap To Fame kicks their butts this Week. Defending NZ CUP winner SWAYZEE of Grimsons (his best horse of his large team) is not going to Nz again this time round, as is chasing a $1 Million dollar bonus for 5 country Cup wins. ( Swayzee has Won the first of those already) -
I hate them to be honest same with the ones in Aussie . I just find the racing boring on these tracks

Gifted jockey . Always the one you wanted to be on in a tight finish . Sadly missed

GORE: BEST BET: R8 SESTINA Sestina rates well in the eighth race at Gore. While I would have preferred to see her have one more run, as her second-up record stands at 2-0-0, she has likely improved after finishing 10th at Oamaru, 8.3 lengths behind the winner. Importantly, Sestina is much better suited to the tighter turning track at Gore, which should enhance her performance. EACHWAY: R4 THE PRINCIE ONE From a royally bred family, this Savabeel mare is well-positioned in this race. She benefits from the guidance of top southern jockey Tina Comignaghi and is trained by Robert Dennis, who boasts a strong strike rate. Expect a significant each-way chance here today. WATCH: R1 STOLEN MAGIC Stolen Magic is backing up quickly after just five days and is stepping up in distance for the first time to 2000m. However, she previously placed in a synthetic race after a similar nine-day turnaround in 2023. The distance increase poses a question mark, but it's worth keeping an eye on her performance. RATING SPECIALS BY RACE: (GORE) R2 LOCHNABERRY Trained by the in-form Lisa Vaughan, Lochnaberry is working towards firmer tracks and could surprise here. Dropping 4 kg and with a solid second-up record, any improvement in the track conditions will enhance her chances. The fact that Tina is sticking with her is a significant plus. R3 VINO VALENTINO Vino Valentino performed well, finishing second over 2200m at Wingatui on the 24th of last month. Although she prefers to come from behind, the drop in class, coupled with a minimal weight gain of 3.5 kg, keeps her competitive in this race. R5 NEPTUNE After a promising second at the Ashburton Trials on September 17, behind Highlighted, who was a favorite last Sunday, Neptune is expected to run boldly. Trained by Sabin Kirkland, who has a 6.1 strike rate at Gore, she looks poised for a strong performance. R7 REPROBATE This Tyler-trained runner showed a strong finish last time out and benefits from a 2 kg weight claim, which is a significant advantage. Reprobate looks like a serious contender in this race. R9 STOP YELLING With three wins under his belt, Stop Yelling is well-placed to return to form. He’s dropping back from 1600m and has secured a better draw, allowing him to sit just off the pace. Any drying in the track conditions will only enhance his prospects. Expect a strong showing.

While many of the top two-turn dirt horses in the country await running at Del Mar in either the Breeders' Cup Classic (G1) or the Breeders' Cup Dirt Mile (G1), others pursue another graded stakes opportunity in the Oct. 26 Fayette (G2) at Keeneland.View the full article
