I'm surprised Woodville wasn't considered as an option for Fielding rather than Trentham. It is probably no more than 30 minutes from Fielding to Woodville. Probably more chance of having some locals turn up, probably get a bigger oncourse attendance as well. -
Very dodgy to my mind. I always thought an "equine nasal blood discovery" was due to a pulmonary bleed--now we are to believe that it's origin is the nasal mucosa, not the lungs. In the human corollary a league or rugby player suffering a nose bleed is not the same as same player experiencing a lung haemorrhage. Massage the event as much as you like to salve societal perception, but let's be honest about the causative factors. Come in you vets! -

oh dear, I'm sure I'm being picky but I read the TAB comments for tomorrow re the lovely Bella Nipotina. "Narrowly prevailed at Randwick last week. Include among the better chances". She beat the best sprinters in the land and won by 1/2 a length. Not a bloody nose or a whisker. Who writes their form? I'm sure I shouldn't let it annoy me but I hate idiocy. Good punting to you all for Derby Day. -

Not after this magical moment 2 years ago in the Vic Derby. couple of ternacious 'kiwi' lads fighting it out. That 2nd bloke improving his riding and winning last years Vic Derby to make up for this 2nd placing here in photo on the NZ Derby winner too. 😋 (the ill-fated Riff Rocket winning last year) both the last 2 Victoria Derby winners trained by Mr Waller as well. and he hasn't got one here this year , that's a shock looking at the field above 🙄 Jmac and Mickey Dee are the Kings of the track 🏇🏇 . and with King of Thunder and King of WallStreet tomorrow . the 'signs' are spot on for another Quinella like in photo below. The NEW King was just in town last week too. (King Charles was on a very fleeting visit) so a sign he was sorting them out lol. gunna be a KING SIZE Derby collect tomorrow. 😁💰💰 (all going well 😆) Long Live The King !!! (king's 👍) -
