Even with the bigger fields it is hard to get excited about any of them for me. The sooner they turn out the lights and close the gates the better for the industry as a whole - such a drain on finances

Don't really like him because he looked too come home well, but the reality was with Blair and Bobby B having brain fades it made the others doing nothing come over the top and look ok - winner included. If Bobby B had handed up to Blair they would probably run 1st and 2nd and we wouldn't be having this conversation

⚓️ Friday @ Alexandra Park. ⚓️ A 12 race card 🤯 that's unheard of! How good has the revamp of Friday night Harness racing been since they started promoting it as "Friday Night Lights" It wasn't that long ago Friday Harness was a non event as such.... but the Trackside NZ team are doing a great job with content throughout the night from driver/trainer tips, interviews and behind the scenes content etc. Here's a few that I think will go well and hopefully give us some play money for the weekend! 🔹️R2 - Twisted Sister Produced a really nice win second up in a similar small 6 horse feild holding out Princess Gracy who is the biggest danger. Twisted Sister looks a progressive type and is a big chance to go back to back! 🔸️FW $3.50 🔹️R4 Katies Princess This looks to be a pretty open race but I don't mind the top 3 / Top 4 play around her. She draws the second row which isn't the worst place to be. I'm expecting there will be some heat off the gate and Leah will possibly sit back and try to get over the top heading for home. 🔸️Top 3 $2.45 🔸️Top 4 $1.80 🔹️R5 Kevin Kline Impressed winning his last start albeit in a small maiden feild. The Ice Man jumps aboard and any improvement will see him go close at respectable EW odds. 🔸️$11.00 and $2.80. 🔹️SRM multi play. 🔸️Kevin Kline Top 4 🔸️Akatea Top 4 🔸️Sugar Ray Lincoln Top 2 🔹️R7 SRM Play Sooner The Better is short sitting at $1.55FW and should be hard to beat so I don't mind a SRM nudge in this race to try and build some value. 🔸️Sooner The Better Win 🔸️Aye Aye Captain Top 4 🔸️Skipper Top 3 🔹️R10 Frisco Bay This is my longer shot of the night. He hasn't been in the easiest feilds lately and draws better than his main rivals tonight. I think this race is well within his range and offers attractive EW value. 🔸️$13.00 and $3.40. The multi : 🔹️Twisted Sister Top 2 🔹️Kevin Kline Top 4 🔹️Skipper Top 3 🔹️Frisco Bay Top 3 🔸️$20 for $371.94 Good luck if you are having a play 🙂 🍻 -

If enough people agree, you could start a movement........although given your advanced age it might have to be in slow motion 🤣

you guys all with some great picks. Better Knuckle Up a Lot shorter this time than the Velocity. Only showing $3.20 Sportsbet. that is a bit short in this field and distance? They have a 3rd runner Mr Janitor . We Walk By Faith . he's in there too . He's my pick for it at 17-1. zoomed home nicely the other day. And placed in the Great Northern Derby behind Cold Chisel too. The Cullen driving tactics of his trio will have a huge say in this race as you say.. Hayden Cullen used to be an Allstar trainer too. wonder if he factors in with Vessem and Chase The Dream into a strategy to beat the North Islanders ? -
Remember the greyhound his name was puma pants, think he won a few races to.
