They certainly are giving soccer an new injection of life, sell out crowds lots of bandwagon riders but in a city the size of Auckland you would expect a few to turn up Rugbys probably got too many teams to maintain the same interest, what with ABs, Super and then NPC, possibly watering product down too much. While soccer and League are popular, outside the main leagues crowds too are non-existent.

I think he has a chance. But Chase A Dream was only half a length from the winner so it was a top run considering the drive. I would like to see him saved for the last run but that probably won't happen. -
