The midweek cards, as in most other jurisdictions, are the bread and butter races. To be fair, many a good horse has started in such small races. I thought both WILLYDOIT and WIND RUSH looked decent but the one for the Stodge notebook was CRIMSON MISS in the third who ran home really well to snatch second on the jamstick. Off to Tauranga tomorrow - seven races with four maidens. MAD MAX looks short enough in the fourth - the ground has gone a Heavy 8 with today’s run and his second last time was on a Good 4. -

Simply incompetence, as no way maidens and C1 as of 1 August 2013 should eligible. Having said that, to clarify, last year the “lead in terms” were 6 months (approximately) so I say again, why should they be 18 months this time around? But guess what, any business with “all new staff”will have cock-ups so why should the Cambridge crew be any different? Liz

It's not only in the hard copy programme book, it was in the online RPG as well. I know someone who bought a horse specifically to target that race. Now, $1000s of dollars later, it is ineligible. FFS. -

So the Conditions for the Race came out 3 months ago You tailor your entire horses preparation round competing in that Race ...........and today they change the Conditions.......now ineligible so whilst my blood is boiling and expletives are flying round the house ........I will retain my composure ........keep smiling and tell our wonderful administrators what a great job they are doing -
