    • Janitor,  I too watched the race, taint nuthin wrong with my eyes mate 🤨 yes the Leaper went well, clearly! but so did our 2 reps, RParty did alot of work one out and it's his first up run in oz since arrivin there, TactM went great and did well to run up to LTFame like he did; given your posts I'd say you need to get your attitude checked! 🤣   Cheers Iraklis
    • I watch some of his horses run down South . I wouldn't want to be their owners they went awful
    • I heard George say some club had a 100k for Witz End to run top two . Not a good race for them

    • I agree 100%, their problem if they have one at all is that the majority of the audience is Gen Y+Z. These guys and gals sometimes have issues with rationalising outcomes. Aside from the issues around problem gambling, I really feel that BGP could focus on the fact that it`s (punting) Not compulsory .. you pay your money and take your chances. But they have to be good for the racing industry !
    • And riding at Warwick Farm today....
    • Went huge! Give me a break. The horse was in the trail the majority of the race. He got close to Leap to Fame because Dixon didn't ask him for an effort. He had a huge hold of the horse. You folks need to get eyes checked.n 🤣
    • Courtesy of RaceNet.    In a boon for Australian racing, New Zealand-based Te Akau Racing head trainer Mark Walker is making the full-time move across the Tasman from February. Walker, fresh off winning the Karaka Millions 2YO Classic in New Zealand on Saturday with La Dorado, makes the move to Australia to head up Te Akau Racing's picturesque base at Cranbourne. "I'll be located at Cranbourne full-time from the start of February," Walker said in an exclusive interview with Ladbrokes. "In this game you've always got to keep challenging yourself and the time is right for me now to make the move. "Had I stayed in New Zealand it's hard to keep doing the same thing over and over so this is a fresh, new challenge that I'm really excited about. "It was always the intention to ultimately move across (to Australia) and be based here full-time. "At Cranbourne we started with 20 boxes, then 30 before 50 and now we're at 70 which will be our number. "At 70 you can see every horse every day and give the owner's investment every opportunity to succeed. "And as for the complex, it looks fantastic. We are very proud of how it has all come together." Having served successful training stints in New Zealand and 11-years in Singapore during a career spanning three decades, Walker heads to Australian shores under no illusions as to the size of the task ahead. "I know it's not going to be a walk in the park by any stretch," Walker said. "But we're going to rip in, work hard and look to capitalise on the strong foundation that's already been laid." Te Akau Racing has enjoyed a successful upstart in Australia during its first 16 months in operation at Cranbourne. That was of course led by the remarkable exploits of champion sprinter Imperatriz which took Australian racing by storm prior to her retirement in the autumn of last year
    • I watched the race and Leap to Fame bolted in. He wasn't asked for an effort while A. Butt was hard at work on Tact McLeod that had an easy run in the trail. Republican Party went well. Melton is a front runners track and difficult to come from the rear. The field was also weak. The Hunter Cup will be a much tougher field.
    • Leap to Fame looked a little tired, which he shouldn't be. The run of Tact McLeod was huge, getting close to LTF but also the way he disposed of Republican Party.
    • Track is well know for drying quickly. With a high of 26 and strong southwesterlies you'd think it would come back to a Soft 5 or maybe even a Good 4.
    • Monday morning and the circus rolls on to Tauranga where it’s officially a Soft 7 but it’s fine here in Hawke’s Bay and I’m hoping we’ll get an upgrade in the ground before racing. A nice card for the holiday makers - a bit like a summer card at Yarmouth in the UK. A good variety of races. A few thoughts from me: 12.50: ZORMELLA 2.31:  PLENTY O’STYLE 3.05:  BALANCE OF POWER 3.42:  IRISH LEGACY 4.17:  SALTNESSE 4.52:  CARISBROOKE CASTLE
    • There's no mention in here, of the awesome run our 2 Kiwi reps made in the Casey Classic against the Leaper? given their draws, Tact McLeod put in a beaut run for 2nd an RParty worked hard for his 3rd 🤗 but they both showed enough to be amongst it for next Sat.....check it out 😁 https://www.harness.org.au/racing/fields/race-fields/?mc=MX250125   Cheers Iraklis
    • I see the top value lot was by WOOTTON BASSETT who is often used by Coolmore out of a mare who ran fourth in your Derby in 2021 - this is presumably her first foal.
    • It's a bigger rort than most of them , only one part of the equation making money .
    • If he really wanted to ensure the fires never spread they would first and foremost establish which 200 plus metre high Wind Turbines were in motion at the time and during the duration of the fires because it was "Wind" that was causing them to spread. NZ needs also to wake up to how those Wind Turbines are spreading Weather Related destruction as it goes along the Gulf Stream. Wind Turbines were designed by Herr Herman Honnef back in the 1930's and 1940's without factoring into account flow on "Consequences". ( Look up his history) It's unknown what he was thinking because his original design is based on a combination of the Eiffel tower ( that was created to spread Telegraphy functions under Telegraph Legislation), and a Dutch Windmill on top of it - the Dutch Windmills were naturally much smaller and were designed to pump water amongst other things.   His idea was initially rejected by the Charlotteburg Physics Polytech Institution.   NZ power pylons are also based on Honnef's works hence the Eiffel Tower designed look.   Trump also needs to pull in Physics industry, and General Electric Company, because they have been the idiots behind these experiments that are screwing up the world and causing all these disasters and destruction.   Back in the 1800's they used Gelignite to try get water.   Now they are using the same methods and multiplying in lunacy that lead to the Atomic Bomb that the man who created Speed HUMPS regretted consent to let it off.   Trump needs to ensure all houses have a pipe with an Outside Water Tap attached as used to be the case to ensure one could put out any fire prior to Fire Engines coming to assist. The 'arsh reality is man has covered up all the natural Water Bores/ Wells with Concrete jungle and the well thought out logic behind Town Planning has gone out the door.   How often do you see a Fire Station and a Petrol Station next to each other these days? They were alongside each other to ensure the Fire Trucks were able to be filled up to ensure they never ran out of gas on the way to fires.   Just like Hospitals used to be on the outskirts of towns so people could recover amongst nature.
    • Have they been using offshore Business Process Outsourcing (BPO's) in India or the Philippines, or prisoners from places like Finland to as has been done else where as it's cheap labour?
