I actually have thank you very much, in fact I only live 10 minutes away from Trentham Racecourse itself, there are a lot of changes to Metlink trains in Wellington especially over the weekend but they try to keep them running on racedays. Don't assume things before you start typing.

More from Mr Wightman. "Thanks to those who have helped to shine more light on the predicament at Trentham, not just the rumour of the red stickered members stand (still to be confirmed), but also the backroom property deals that have stripped the club of 75 percent of its land assets (sold) with little or nothing to show for it. Arguably the poorest drained track in NZ but with so much potential. The 3 people of interest are Wayne Guppy (President), Sam Walker (Vice) and Malcolm Gillies the land developer who appears to have a strong association with members of the club. Putting aside the money that has vanished into Awapuni/RACE’s coffers on previous sales … I’m still trying to work out whether Gillies has a hold over the undeveloped land down the back straight … did he pay market rate for it …. has it been paid for … if not … does he have a locked in price that has no inflation adjustment?? Also .. for those of you who are members of the club, how transparent have the dealings been?? Are you getting good information and updates on what is going on with YOUR club???"

You obviously haven't tried to catch the train on a Saturday to Trentham in the last 12 .months on a raceday. -
Some nice trials as well, I thought the most impressive was Lucy In The Sky (Noble) in the first heat, ran seriously good time, jumped well, settled well, professional and held a nice margin to the line and further extending after the line. Out of Hello Youmzain who's progeny have started well. Time produced was outstanding, clearly the fastest 2yo time of all 8 heats in 45.96, basically at least 1 second faster than any other heat. Lollapalooza (Richardson/Norvall) came from last on the turn accelerating through small gaps which is a massive positive for a young 2YO. Retro looked good in Heat 4. Jumped and settled well and was strong after the line, bred to appreciate up to 1600m.

It's likely to have stayed that way bc of USA & Japan's history. You do know who controls and owns the Steel industry don't you? The same ones who control munitions including navy vessels, Submarine & guns and pump out propaganda about France, Australia and NZ buying new "Steel" one's regularly - history repeats All roads lead to Schwab family who from recall it was Joseph Schwab who was Minister of War/ War Minister and tied to steel and Hog Island ERA Mid to late 1800's Look up the history of Charles Schwab and how he got his wealth and the rest of that family. It's all about War Loans and payments and an ongoing Psych War controlled by Schwab's and Stoll ( Klaus's wife) families. Stoll control of Information dates back to Town Hall meetings, theatre, silent movies, talkies and cinema now Internet - Klaus pushed 4th Industrial Revolution of Information Revolution via Digital as part of His Great Reset. WEF Borge Brende is also long linked to Munitions as the family manufactured guns back in the 1920's/ 1930's, once again Steel. Japan and USA signed Treaty agreements in 1950's.

Or a lot less down south? Was always on the cards that the land value would supersede Harness income on the property. From memory MP bought the land off his good mate Neil Pilcher

What planet are you on? People have more of their own options to travel and share information than they had in previous years gone by when it was by horse or an omnibus which was lead by a horse and a carriage then a train. In earlier times there was very much global interests in racing and always has been. It is not a new phenomena unless you have lead a sheltered life not mixing with other nationalities for whatever reason. One of the challenges has been 7 day Retail shopping and people working weekends in those jobs and going shopping on weekends whereas before people respected earlier laws including the Sunday Entertainment Act ( look it up) that changed in the era early 1970's and changes to previously closing hours of 2pm on a Saturday so people could have a "weekend" and attend the Races to socialise. Industrial changes to society have screwed up society's quality of life and balance of work and pleasure which has had a negative snowball effect on a number of "Entertainment" options including cinema attendances. It's overdue to rein in the 24/7 in one's face and life and bring back balance in society.

@racingoutsider, we were asking where Pride of Jenni was based "prior" to her Nose bleeding last year not post that as we already knew she had been based at Schnak farm prior to the most recent comeback. Schnak is an area which incidentally is very much surrounded by Ocean hence our questions and trying to narrow down where and how she became a bleeder or if it possibly may have been triggered from something previously associated with practice s at one of Maher's properties, including prior to his guardianship of it. Altitude sickness can also trigger a change in bloods as we know from those climbing the Himalayas. It's helpful for Animal welfare to at least try pinpoint the exact trigger for these unfortunate incidents to prevent such incidents arising in the first place (it's not just drugs that can alter an animals health. Looking deeper can only help improve practices and where change may be able to be made.

Asbestos is everywhere, including where Lichen grows because without it there would be none. UK Scientists are pushing for Zero Emissions by 2050 and trying to get it removed from all Commercial buildings by 2050. NZ Academics are following Lock step. Some of this goes back to 1970's Research and Anti Mining brigade that dates back to early 1800's where The Medical man in UK said one could get dysentery/epilepsy working underground, think the era of Underground houses and start of Trains in there various stages and Coal Mining. Asbestos is also in Fire Department clothing to prevent the spread of fire and getting burns. What next ? Telling them to wear Nylon High Vis that melts? Theatre Curtains, Portiers - as in Archway doorway curtains, Grey blankets that were banned from use in late 1970's, Ironing board covers, Stevenson family built homes, Soldiers brick / cement homes and Public swimming pools all have Asbestos in them to prevent the spread of fire and for insulation purposes. The Blue lake in Nelson is where Asbestos mining for Blue Asbestos came from as that's where the mine was yet people swim and bathe in it. Wouldn't be surprised if Hospital swimming pools were banned and used for Directors Carparks because they had Asbestos in them yet they create far more emissions! Much of these Academics works fail to do fact check Rule of Law referencing hence the world in turmoil. There's an Empire of Academics pushing there agendas who are all siphoning off Public Monies funds and need to be held to account. And Universities wonder why people no longer leave their estate and legacies to them The "Insurance" industry practices are very questionable to as they are not reviewing or updating there practices - haha remember the spin when the Power Plyon was unscrewed and toppled over and people were advised not to use candles? Well candles used to be used but Legislation introduced said one couldn't leave them burning as one's house may catch alight in an era of No electricity and scrimalso catching alight before people had means and materials for a Fire Screen to prevent sparks spreading ..
