My bad. I always think the Alexanders train in Hawkes Bay for some reason; maybe it's the similarity with the Guy Lowry colours. Lets use her as an example of Northern horses who aren't afraid of travelling to the CD instead 😉. -

I remember Jeff in the Miracle Mile, trying to get to the led from out wide and just about jumping out of his gear he was going that fast. Game over.

Thank you, Pam. Yes mainly round Hawke’s Bay and a couple of weeks on the West Coast. Next time we are going to come to the Waikato and hopefully Southland. With Hastings closed, I’ve not been to a single meeting and have had to deal with watching Trackside.

Obviously it was NZTR's decision. HRNZ publish the turnover figures on a downloadable spreadsheet on their website. -
Who made the decision to not act with Transparency to publish the weekly figures and turnover? Was it timed with ENTAIN taking over of the TAB? Oh for the days of TAB turnovers published in the Sunday News and weeklies and having a Sweepstake at work to guess what it would be. My how the cohesion of Society has become screwed over and screwed up by unbelievable imbeciles

My final full day in New Zealand today as we start the long journey back to Blighty tomorrow. To see me off, there’s a chewy midweek offering at Riccarton which illustrates the strength of South Island racing - at least the quantity of it with large fields and unseasonably soft ground following the recent rain. It’s what I call a Beefeater card - very small stakes (you have to have lived in the UK in the 1970s to understand that reference). One has jumped out at me down the card Race 7: NORTIBUTNICE Goes on soft turf and has a decent each way shout if you can get on at 10. Thanks for putting up with my dreadful tipping the past three months. I have a record of all my selections including the ones I didn’t post and I’ll see how much I would have lost to a level $10 stake. What’s your GDP?
