Qatar's flagship international meeting at Al Rayyan Racecourse was abandoned due to unsafe conditions on the turf course. With racing moved to Al Uqda Feb. 16, Rebel's Romance, the big favorite in the Amir Trophy (G3), has been withdrawn. View the full article -
I REMEMBER SEEING IN THE HERALD THE BULLSHIT MCKEON SAID ABOUT BAD LUCK, THERES BADLUCK AND THEN THERES BULLSHIT.............HOW THE HORSE RAN A PLACE AFTER THIS RIDE CAN ONLY BE DESCRIBED AS A MIRACLE , WHAT AN ANIMAL GINGA WAS AND SO UNLUCKY TO HAVE SUCH A PISS POOR RIDER
-
cant knock the ride by Tegan, can only question the Trainer unfortunately
-
Hes a Naughty Boy MJ, but hey its a small world and theres no Watch Officer

hokesy baby Rooke is average as piss, i dont mind Hes Classic from replays it looks as though the handbrake has been on ....does Niemann win Liv Adelaide ?
-
take a look around....if you want me to point out the worst i may be banned again, but the most unbelievable hard luck Story EVER has to be Gavin Mckeon in Ginga Dudes Avondale Cup after getting the sweetest trip EVER.....THE FUNNY THING WAS THE NEXT YEAR THE RIDE WAS GIVEN TO MICHAEL WALKER AND HE PISSED IN AT $8. . CHAMPION.......... EVERY HORSE IVE WON OFF IN THE LAST 6 MONTHS WAS FOUND BY PISS POOR RIDES... BUT DONT GET ME WRONG,WE CAN ALL MAKE POOR DECISIONS THAT TRANSPIRE FROM NOWHERE, BUT THAT IS A NORMAL HUMAN CONDITION IN MOST PROFFESIONAL SPORTS IF YOU CAN ACHIEVE A 70 PER CENT CONSTANT YOU ARE ON A PEDASTAL.....LETS GET REAL, BUT ADERNS TENURE HAS CREATED A HUGE AMOUNT OF FINACIAL STRESS WHICH IS DESCRIBED AS COVID.....WHAT A BLOODY JOKE, IT WAS HER PROTOCOL ......HOW MANY PEOPLE DO YOU NOW KNOW WHO DIE YOUNGER SUDDENLY FROM AGGRESSIVE CANCER OR WITH HEART OR LEUKEAMIA TYPE COMPLICATIONS....WAKE UP... ALASKAN HAS OAKS WINNING POTENTIAL BUT IF ROOKES ON YOUR POKED
-
its easy sitting on the couch and unfortunately this translates to not trusting those risking their lives ,only because of the Stories that circulate regardless of their ficticious nature...it is far to easy to alter a result if your mind is divided ....on a turf track you can hide mistakes .......the best riders have consistent results on Synthetic tracks ... McNAB is King

I would expect so, that was a huge win and she did it on her ear. You can only beat whatever is in the race, and she showed that she was well above them and was just there to see who took her on,and she said this is my race. She can handle any track and is such a free runner. She deserves the chance, no matter what the outcome

Cam has Been driving this horse for a while. It has a huge reputation. Bay of Biscay picked up $400,000 in October for Cam, running 2nd in the Eureka Slot here at Menangle. the biggest prize race in Australia at 2mill. Jason's horse driven by good young driver Jack Callaghan , who actually works for Grimson and drives just as many for him as Cam does these days. Grimson's horse finished at the tail well beaten in the Hondo tonight. -
I normally post these in the Breeding thread BUT I though that everyone would find this interesting.Don’t guys and girls. I’ll keep posting the gems as I come across them. Thank you to all of you who click on a “like” in appreciation.

Emma Stewart Barn too good in the Hondo Grattan. running out the Quinella in sub 1.50 with Bay of Biscay and War Dan Buddy a closing 2nd. The QLD Derby winning MAJOR HOT , with his NZ owners was 3rd the whole way. Better Knuckle Up for the Purdon/Phelan camp 4th battling on ok. Good to see QLDer 'THE JANITOR' winning earlier in the night after being denied a start in this in 1.49. 6 . He's a Beauty !! 💰♥️ Cam Hart , the great young driver , winning on both The Janitor and Bay Of Biscay with his usual outstanding pro-active drives. On Ya Cam !!! -
I can answer the last question. It stays in the NZTR coffers.

There is no excuse for that, but honestly, after being involved with harness over so many years it doesn't surprise me as everyone is married to everyone elses sister or brother or son or daughter or cousin etc. ... and the lingering incestuous belief that "someone will get me off" is disappointing, but expected.

Floyd has pointed out that I scored Molly Bloom with $22 when it should have been $19 - I accidentally gave her the winner's place dividend. This doesn't have a significant impact but does change a couple of placings (including 3rd spot). I'll edit today's standings and the points table in the morning. Thanks Floyd! -
Thank you - I shall be back in Blighty by then, the racing on that Saturday probably some of the weakest of the whole year.
