They wander the streets/ malls aimlessly to fixated to their friggin phones and have one of the highest rates of corruption sadly. Remember how they went from being Qualified Security Guards at The World Cup Cricket to Taxi Drivers to Uber Drivers to experts in IT and look how much all those projects have cost the country. They also are known to hot bed and live in overcrowded conditions. Do you recall "Bless New Zealand" poem from the 1980's about Samoans? Look it up. Change the nationalities around and draw one's own conclusions. Yes we have lived with a variety of nationalities so have seen and experienced things we would prefer not to have so are speaking from first hand experience of system failures and Dishonesty to enter NZ and suck the pigs teats.

Gee Gryllsy has made the whole "front runner slam the brakes on then run away from them" tactics his own. Schooling his colleagues lately. His strike rate must be sub 5 the last couple months. Edit to add: had a quick add up and think hes won 21 of his last 82 starts

Begeez @TurnyTom It's bad enough on the roads without some of those people cruising out on the sea. Birds and Marine life have a rough enough time as it is - we have seen idiots deliberately drive their boats into flocks of birds simply enjoying their lives sitting on the water which was heinous to see there rightful peaceful enjoyment disturbed. It not only ruffled the Birds feathers it also ruffled ours. NZ needs to limit it's Immigration numbers back to no more than 5,000 people a year and no more people draining our systems who don't make any effort to immerse into the NZ way of life. Richwhite and co screwed up stability and quality of life in the 1980's as did Lange government. It would solve a lot of the world's problems if the amount of money to enter previously wealthier and stable countries was raised to a more realistic Cost of Living rate - it's sat at around $4,000 for those on certain Visa's coming to Holiday/ Work hence we have ended up with poorer quality of people and living standards. It would also help if companies like Fletcher Living, Simplicity Housing and Mansors, to name a few all went to 0laces like India to help build there Infrastructure. NZ screwed up putting Government Electronic Tenders services (GETS) online era 2007 (?) so any person in the world could see and apply without factoring into account standards or proper checks and balances of corruption - hence so many stupid projects like Underground Railway which a tiny isthmus like Auckland has never needed that's bloated so far out of proportion. The wider well qualified people who could have and should have had a say or applied for those contracts because they didn't have access to the Internet in that era as it was either not available, or unaffordable to have. many of our best Tradespeople and ideas come from people in outlying parts of NZ who to this day don't have access to the same services yet could and would do a darn site better job when it comes to Budgets and decision making. The Political systems internationally to have been screwed up by silly academics all using Copy/ Paste papers as we have seen with the Speed limit screw ups and Healthy Homes - neither of which considered changes from Imperial to Metric measurements or Context. Don't start us on WEF because that's been run by Schwab & Gates who both have long links to Military and control of Communications networks and we're both implicated in the Haymarket Wheat scandal - join the dots on Anti Diary . Texas was also the first place to dehorn/ disbud cattle which limited there ability to naturally forage and plough the grounds - sound familiar to the Racing sectors no longer having Cattle grazing and the use of "Steel" ( again the same names own/ control that sector) hence why the world's in such turmoil.

Matamata Race 1 Perspective – Back from 2100m to a more favorable 1600m, Top jockey on above great chance. Daring Dame – interesting runner, nice third fresh up, running 1.23.9 for the 1400m. Same family as Marguise the winner of the 1996 Captain Cook stakes. 1600m should be no problem Romanin – Would like it dry, but we have not seen the best from her. Super bloodline as you go back, 1600m suits, but will get over more ground as she strengthens. Race 2 Captain Stan, super late, back to 1400m again, Grylls hops off and McNab on. Up ½ kg St Giles – Grylls jumps off Captain Stan and hops on here, we must keep a close eye on when this happens. Up 1 kg and improves draw -3. The Sky Above, has some real wheel, looked progressive when 3rd to Tamdiu on the 14th of Jan, Likely favorite, and will get in right shortly. Race three Apache Anne – Is stepping back and needs a sting out of the track, But if stays soft, chance in this line up. All Shook up, dropping back from 75 grade, nice 4th last run, Up 3 kg, but nice draw and can surprise. Glorafilla – Finally starting to show the promise we knew she had, win was no flute, Race 4 Sassy Lass – easier field here, drops back, good 4th here has run, can win. Chevron – if its stays soft, he is a good change, loves it here and distance. Race 5 December - looks the one, this is a nice field with many chances, Egyptian Queen & Bella Voce, must respected, both have low draw, and top jockeys. Race 6 Saltnesse, drawn to turn the tide on Tossuforit today, wide against same company, battled well, 2kg off bring down to same as last run. Jaffira – Back drop-in class, carries 60kg, but is a winner of 4 and from top stable with top jockey. Strange Love – Likes to lead which is good here, most other will take a sit, in form and will take some catching. Race 7 Malt Time – Finally drops out of group company, carries 60kg but this field is much easier. EW. Outback Opal – Sitting at the bottom of the book, soft track and this distance suit here, even against this line up. Outofstock - Top run behind some superstars when 4th, This is likely to be a little short, but no weight and fit. Race 8 Leroy Brown - Happy to follow up again, he a smart animal, can win again. Takeshi – Marsh runner who ran well first up in this grade, royally bred and look like a top liner in the making. Otago Race 1 Hakaharry – No luck recently, back to 1600m is the key, weight off, will be running on late. Tommy Perfect – another who likes it a little longer, but Campbell jumps on and we take notice. Almanac – Winner of 1 from 14 on a heavy track, mmm, but nice 2nd at trails on G4 to Sir Albert, ran out of grade at Riccarton, the smoke here. Race 2 Queen’s Evidence – Nice trial win at Auck, bred to be good, grand dam winer of 7 from 24 (Gypsy’s Daughter) Race 4 Hakadecree, Nice draw, drops from 75 grade, carries weight, but has had no luck for weeks, Golden Harvest – Just the sort of race the 8-year-old would take out. Maps well here with a cart in on the turn. Miss Brittany – Should win this on current form, Loves track and distance. Race 4 Peekay - Held up last run, prior form was good, drying track is a plus, can win Lucienne – Everyone thought would win last time to the races, drawn well and gets chance here. Candidate - Wants it soft for sure, Tina hops on….. watch Race 5 The Princie One, Class sure to prevail here, one to beat. Atomic – Likes it firm, 1400m is her trip, nice gate one for odds. On File - If track firms up a touch, is the smokie here. Race 6 Tumuch – In a purple patch of form, 3rd of heavy track last run was some effort, likely to be a false odds here. Shoes – cant leave out from the Pam Gerard stable, big show if track does not firm up to much more. Petrucci – Tidy 5th at Riccarton, is draw at 12, but hard to leave out. Go Lotte – Underrated Kevlin Tyler runner, blinkers go on and has a beautiful draw. Odds. Race 7 Royal Sovereigns - 4th in group race at Wellington, has the draw it win here. Loose Sally – Bred to run a trip, Very nice in all three runs to date, would not surprise if she was in the top 4. Sesimbra – 1600m and longer is what she is bred for, this step up is a key to here today. Race 8 Noble Knight – Win last week was strong, no reason why he wont back up and win this, loves 2400m. Lofty’s Gift – Worked well early in the week, home in under 35. Fit and ready to go. Sir Albert – Wont mind the 2400m, soft 4 or good 4, top pick. Race 9 Mascot – Tidy run against the stars on the 8th. Great record at 1600m, big show. Harlech – Big win here on course, will take some beating. Perfect Scenario – Back to 1600m the key, forget weight, no problem, will go close. Race 10 On Approval – Locally trained and fitter for last run when 2nd, down 6kgs from that run, will go very close. Quniabelle – Keeps winning and wide draw won't hurt with the long Wingatui straight. Treybon – Doing everything but winning, actual maps the best out of my three, over $4 is to much.

Savaglee today. Seriously? Third-up today and won third-up in the past. First-up raced right near the speed and boxed on; won by 1.75 len at Trentham G2 Levin Classic January 11 over 1400m defeating Kitty Flash with 57kg at $1.60. Second run from a spell 3rd of 12 at Te Rapa in the G1 Bcd Grp Sprnt on February 8 over 1400m, 4 len behind Here To Shock with 55.5kg at $5.70. Talented colt suited getting to this trip.
