All clubs have renovation work funded through NZTR as well as a period of time to do so.

Course managers/caretakers are doing their best but are totally hamstrung by lack of funding for gear and equipment. NZTR staff levels continue to increase. Nothing will change unless smaller clubs get more track maintenance money. 

I didn't realize you worked with JD PS . He was always over at Jim's in the weekends hitting the piss , I left while I could still walk lol . I drove his horse Noble Ring to win at Cambridge . I was lucky because Bob Holmes should have . But he used to crack me up with some of the things he came out with Sadly missed for sure but know if there is a bar up there JD and Jim will be there
