scooby3051 in contrast with the Pertab case last week the Rockhampton track work rider Chris Wearne was banned for 16 months for allegedly striking a horse with a lead rope and a wooden twitch seven times.
100% .. he also tries to dress like a young cool dude when he does that show with the 3 guys from the TAB .. every week he has a different sporting hoodie complete with Cap, even in the middle of summer. He must put an air conditioning unit in his man pad, the lengths he goes to trying to stay young. Also likes to really re emphasize horses names sometimes which sounds pathetic also.
So B.P 😁 .. stop being a try hard
🤣 - I am not trying to pick holes in your comments (I like your input into the various discussions) - I was more getting into that clown who lost $2 on one of Blairs drives
Mark is not the type to give driver's the drag and Mark's horses can been driven upside down because they have more ability than most. But examples are . He is not driving so much for Paul Nairn , Ken Barron , and the Dunns stables to name a few .
He was driving Chase a Dream , Oscar B and DSD when they came to Auckland but Mark has chosen to drive them himself rather than fly Blair up .
I know he is a good driver but shows a lot of impatience at times and sometimes shows poor judgement . John Dunn at times hmmm won't go there lol . Maybe others can comment too . Personally I like backing Ricky May , Tim Williams , Mark Purdon and the best driver out there Zac Butcher
Do you mean the 2010 Animal Welfare Act District Court case? I think the case Scooby was referring to was the Kurtis Pertab one from last year. He was a class B licence holder.
The difference between the John Malcolm case and the other high profile Waikato case was that the latter individual did not hold a licence with NZTR. Agree that the RIU seem to have an A list and B list when it comes to investigating and prosecuting.
