The Supreme Court on Monday granted President Donald Trump’s request to vacate a lower court's ruling barring the administration from using a 1798 wartime immigration law to immediately deport Venezuelan nationals – including alleged members of the Tren de Aragua gang – from the U.S., marking a significant victory for the administration as it advances key immigration priorities. Justices on the high court ruled 5-4 to grant the administration's request to lift the stay, in a temporary victory for Trump and his allies. At issue was the Alien Enemies Act, or the immigration law passed by Congress in 1789 to immediately remove certain migrants from U.S. soil. Prior to Trump's second White House term, it had been invoked just three times in U.S. history: During the War of 1812, during World War I, and most recently, World War I How good is he the greatest President USA have ever had.

Absolute rubbish .... the figures make it pretty clear that "where the majority of NZers live" has little interest in harness racing! -
AND YET HE IS STILL PRESIDENT - wake up nobody cares in the USA except the corrupt left Ypu wanna bring up a false narrative - nothing compares to Biden's 4 year bullshit , so don't harp on about The Don's exaggeration at times cause it does not come close . don't put the blinkers on and call out Trump yet not Biden and hide behind ' I'm not interested in Biden and no fan ' - goes both ways buddy when your the leader of the free world Have we forgotten about Bill Clintons wandering hands -but of course he was actually a sitting Pres at the time so that is different As for the tafiffs , already nations are blinking and over the next few weeks many more will because they all know Trump is king and rulz the roost

Trump was found guilty of molesting a woman albeit in a civil Court. He is a convicted criminal over the hush money. He was charged over the insurrection, but it never got to court and neither did the charges relating to "I just need to find 11,800 votes. The charges were conveniently dropped when he won the election. He also was found guilty again in a civil court for manipulating his financial accounts. Simply he is crooked bastard Tariffs are a tool so that finally the USA people will realise that they have been conned. Just wait until he brings in Tax cuts and funds it partially through borrowing. The share markets may not react kindly to that. I am not interested in Biden as I am no fan. Yes, he had memory issues and should have stuck to his initial promise of only one term. However, when it comes to lying no one comes close to Trump.

Lets compare , Trumps convictions are political , molesting women , no charges perhaps they enjoyed a little play as he said they would , inciting an insurrection now that's a real stretch because again there no charges and of course the so called chronic lying , well yes he can stretch the truth but he is mostly spot on with his assessment of any situation , take tariffs he has bullshitted the world with the aim of domination other country's when genuine free trade is being negotiated , tariffs are his tool to achieve genuine free trade , Europe has already offered free trade on manufacturing but Trump knows to beware as the Europeans tent to cheat with regulation . NOW lets compare, the Dems they blatantly lied for 4 years about Bidens mental well being and the confessions are coming fast , a group of people around Biden corrupted the whole political process in the USA , Biden wasn't in control it was a silent coup d état , the USA people were scammed , almost all of them so WHO is the biggest liar , the Dems take the cake . -
That is hilarious not matter what anybody has on an opinion regarding The Don

They are keeping him to 2000m for now then will prepare him for the Melbourne Cup. Wouldn’t second guess that stable. Pride of Jenni the obvious one missing, going to Queensland.

Remember the days when NZ gallopers would head over for the Sydney Cup. -

Waller didn't take Winx overseas, so I can't see him taking Aeliana away from the much easier and bigger money available in Australia. She's a Melbourne Cup hope. She can stay, as shown on Saturday, and she has a turn-of-foot, which many Cup hopefuls lack. However, backing a runner in the Cup in April is always a mistake. -
....today by Wolverine. Bought by TA two years ago from GC sale for $A850k and not fired a shot in half a dozen starts since but now in the care of Bergerson Snr may be enjoying a change of scenery. Worth watching on today's effort though with winter coming I'm not sure what might be available for a mare of her calibre.

Wow!! Debatable but is that the best ever version of a queen Elizabeth that's as good a field as you could ever get of current and form horses going around normally a small field with a standout like winx, via sistina barrier 1 that's no favour. Hurry up Saturday 😀 -
The Entain schedule of Code funding increases relative to the 2022/23 season; 23/24 +36% - 24/25 +40% - 25/26 +44% - 26/27 +48% - 27/28 +60% If Entain increases GBR by 100%, when that is split we only get the same funding as we had in the 22/23 season, which of course was dominated by the old TAB over paying the codes and then reducing payments which resulted in stakes being lowered in the second half of the season, as well as HRNZ reserve funds being used to top up. To sustain the increases in funding we need at least 50% more than 22/23, which means that Entain have to increase GBR by 200% by the end of the 5 year guarantee, in June 2028. Other factors that will influence the ongoing income of course are the demise of the dogs, the introduction of Geo-blocking and the $100m payment, as well as the product offering to the punters. Not that long ago CEO Brad said that the Entain Turnover in NZ was up 6% this year( can't find the article), only another 194% to go, Go Entain, you've got this!

I know people do tend to get very excited when a filly wins a Derby and think she's the next Winx or whatever, but really ...you think the ARC is in their thinking? Maybe when she's done/doing a Very Elleegant or a Makybe Diva or a quarter of a Winx, but surely not just on account of this ATC Derby rout.??
