They just mentioned it on Trackside. The last race was removed "due to time constraints" apparently. You mean they couldn't start 30 minutes earlier? What? They never thought of that? 🤣

One race is deleted, why i don't know, maybe Alexandra Park are worried about the power charges for another half hour or so.

Yes, l got a little bit done during a brief spell of sunshine yesterday, mostly listening to music and reading a good book out on the deck 🤣 but things were back to normal with that great lightning display late last night. Mowing lawns is thankfully off my agenda these days. Sadly my back and legs aren't up to that anymore. i don't miss doing the lawns, but i did used to use my back and legs for other things as well 🤣

To bear fair, the weather in Auckland for most of this week is such that only a nutter would go outside.

Looks a bit like a covid meeting to be honest. Looks to be a good crowd at Riverton. -
Actually, there's something funny has happened with this meeting. On Tuesday night there were 10 races, Mickey G's best bet was in R10. It no longer exists, at least not on my screen. Now only a 9 race card. R10 was still there on Thursday night when l last looked. Can we assume there were so many withdrawals it was quietly deleted?
