M McNab (ARDALIO) - Admitted a charge of careless riding in that he permitted his mount to shift outwards when not sufficiently clear of ALBAROSSA which was checked near the 150 metres. After considering submissions the Adjudicative Committee imposed a suspension of M McNab’s licence to ride in races from the conclusion of racing on Saturday 3 May up to and including racing on Wednesday 21 May, 10 national riding days and in addition imposed a fine of $750.

McNab: aggressive ride, maybe worth a holiday, best horse won. Pinn: after 100m had the back of Ardalio one-off. When Ardalio dropped to the rail Velocious should've been on its hip, but instead Pinn kept yielding and let Romilly across. Had she had Romilly's run - with Romilly either stuck 3-wide outside her or drifting back to last - she finishes closer. Soft riding (benefit of the doubt: maybe ridden with the intention of going back for some reason?) but not the biggest mistake you'll ever see. -

Yes it does. If you had five horses then 20% of your combinations were still live and paid out as winners and the other 80% of your combinations were losers. Yes, on a combination basis. But not on a ticket basis: if you took five horses you're a 20% winner and a 80% loser at the same time. If you took the field you're a 9% winner and a 91% loser. Just because the ticket contains winning combinations doesn't mean the ticket overall is a winner and you deserve to win more than the total you spent on the ticket. It's because you don't understand that your quaddie isn't one single bet, but instead multiple bets on multiple combinations. If you had multiple runners in the first leg including the winner, your whole $8 ticket isn't a "winner" while tickets which didn't have the winner are "losers". You are both a winner and a loser on the same ticket; on the combinations where you had the winner in the first you're a winner, and on the combinations where you didn't have the winner you're a loser. On the combinations where you're a winner you were returned more than you spent ON THOSE COMBINATIONS. But this isn't enough to cover the losses from your losing combinations, so you don't break even on the total ticket. -
Hmm I wouldn't be too disparaging about Raceplace mate. We have a nice little community there and don't really want some of the losers that post elsewhere. Actually I'd go further than that. There used to be a lot of animosity between RC and RP but we've got past that and peacefully co exist. The third site is another matter entirely.

Horsebacker. Calm down. You have been called out by all and sundry, and hopefully your comments don't reflect what you truly think. Yes, there has always been a slip or two here or there over the years, but that's no reason to turn a blind eye to how tracks are prepared or should be raced on once it has happened. On the subject of the site only continues, to use your exact words: It only survives because there aint no competition. Can I educate you and advise that there are two competing sites: Race Place and another site. Try them. You will soon come scuttling back with your tail between your legs. This site is the most popular for a reason. Disclaimer: For the record, from time to time I do post on Race Place and the other site.

Grammar is not their strong point. Punting isn't either. Warwick is always going on about corruption. Boxing Day races must be a laugh when this family gets together for Christmas 😂
-
Did you go to school with them ? If you did it is obvious that you took notice of what your teachers were saying . God knows what they were doing .

That language sounds like one of the Pinkers. They're always moaning when their punt loses. Especially Warwick.

The winner with the moniker El Vencedor is actually in Honk kong at the moment so obviously very close to the camp . Hopefully his luck continues over there. -

Go ahead and ban me I dont give a shit - This site is an echo chamber for you and your mates . How dare anyone have a different opinion. It only survives because there aint no competition and much like TAB retail . -
Windsor Park have just posted they had 3 winners on 33 points, the winner on count back went by the moniker El Vencedor. You weren't far behind on 28 points.

My understanding of the problem is... YES you had the first leg, but it was the favourite and a lot of others would have had it too. You then have to factor in every single combination of your quaddie through legs 2-3-4. If for example you had two runners in each of the last 3 legs I believe you would have "won" 8 times. Now consider how many others had the first leg, then perhaps had 4 in the second leg, 6 in the third leg and 3 in the last leg. They have 72 "winning" combinations. The quaddie paid $3.20. Now I have had a couple beers to be fair but I think your share will be $3.20 x your percentage x the number of combinations you had left on your ticket. It wont amount to much.

Judges exposed , for a long time Trump has claimed the judiciary is politically bias . The Justice Department today announced federal criminal charges in two separate cases involving the alleged obstruction of federal law enforcement operations and unlawful concealment of individuals residing illegally in the United States. “The allegations against Judge Dugan and Judge Cano are serious: no one, least of all a judge, should obstruct law enforcement operations, Nancy Ann Cano, 68, and Jose Luis Cano, 67, were arrested yesterday for evidence tampering offenses related to the federal investigation and prosecution against Cristhian Ortega-Lopez, a Venezuelan national residing unlawfully within the United States and with alleged ties to transnational criminal organization Tren de Aragua, a U.S.-designated Foreign Terrorist Organization AND, The Justice Department today announced the filing of a federal criminal complaint against Milwaukee County Circuit Court Judge Hannah C. Dugan, 65, for her alleged interference with a federal law enforcement operation and unlawful concealment of an individual subject to arrest. According to court documents, the charges stem from events occurring on April 18, when members of the Milwaukee office of U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement, Enforcement and Removal Operations (ICE ERO), along with federal partners from the FBI, DEA, and U.S. Customs and Border Protection, attempted to execute a lawful arrest warrant for Eduardo Flores-Ruiz, a Mexican national previously removed from the United States and recently charged in Milwaukee County with multiple counts of domestic abuse-related battery. According to court documents, federal agents arrived at the Milwaukee County Courthouse intending to arrest Flores-Ruiz in a public hallway following his court appearance before Judge Dugan. Upon learning of the agents’ presence in the hallway, Judge Dugan allegedly confronted and ordered federal agents to leave the courthouse. After being made aware of a valid immigration arrest warrant, Judge Dugan told agents that they needed a judicial warrant and demanded that they go to the Chief Judge’s office. Once the agents were no longer in the vicinity of her courtroom, Judge Dugan allegedly elected not to conduct a hearing on Flores-Ruiz’s criminal case, despite the fact that victims of his offense were present, and instead personally escorted Flores-Ruiz and his attorney through a restricted “jury door” exit not typically used by defendants or attorneys. This doorway led to a non-public hallway through which Flores-Ruiz and his attorney exited her courtroom. According to the affidavit, Judge Dugan’s actions directly resulted in Flores-Ruiz temporarily avoiding federal custody. He was ultimately arrested outside the courthouse, following a brief foot pursuit. Dugan is charged with obstruction of proceedings before a department or agency of the United States, which carries a maximum penalty of five years in prison and concealing a person to prevent arrest, which carries a maximum penalty of one year in prison.
