Looks like they worked it out ok between them . Carter was gunna try and hold for sure like you said but RR put on too much pressure.
Popped out and retook the lead again ok . Carter is becoming a fab driver. Your mate BIG Mo doing great too with a big 2nd. so I enjoyed a nice $13 Quinella with the 2 fantastic horses. Robbie Close doing real well 👍💰. The Cullens would of been delighted with their 2 horses 3rd and 4th too. should of taken a FIRST 4 lol. was near 400 bucks too and not a real hard one to get.
NZ seems to be getting stronger once again in the Training ranks with all those trainers able to beat Allstars many times these days. and the Fast Class horses are looking good too in recent times.
was some pretty good action at the Park tonight.
What a cheap day I haven't had a bet for 6 weeks, I thought todays the day so I took a multi in the later races , I wasn't aware the races had been abandoned after the 1st until later on , anyway my hundys back where it belongs , who said punting is a mugs game , mind you I know one owner who was super super confident his horse would win , short fav on fixed not much fun for him .

I see Cameron Rodger and Lachlin Fitt are now a part of https://evergreenbloodstock.co.nz/ NEW ZEALAND'S FIRST NZTR APPROVED BREEDING FUND.
Minimum investment is $50000. Target investment fund is $5m to acquire 8-10 broodmares. Sounds like an interesting concept but out of reach for most of us. It does sound like you might be able to get a syndicate together if you had, for example, 10 people wanting to invest $5000 each.
The sport is almost 200 years old in New Zealand, and they're still learning. Life is certainly a minestrone, as sung by 10cc. Or is life like a Forrest Gump box of chocolates? You never know what you're going to get 🤣
Correct. Certainly the line taken by some of the widest runners coming from the rear made the bend appear sharp, but l suspect that was only because they'd taken the last half of the turn basically straight due to running wide and wider, then having to cut back sharply as they hit the actual straight. Those runners certainly weren't running the same even radius of the rail, true or false.
