Best that Winston ensures there's an investigation into bribery and Corruption going in with the bulk buying up of land and failures to adhere to Real Estate and other Regulations of those involved in building Multiple story complexes in all the former Borough Councils in Auckland and ask some serious questions as to how this has happened without accountability. Looking forward to more than a few getting held to account for pushing Richard Nixon style 1960's "Fast Track" projects as a means to an end over the quality of life of the people of New Zealand.

Journalism is a worthy favourite being highest rated. Rodriguez, Luxor Cafe ( impressive win last start and JM on ), Sandman and Sovereignty in the mix. Baeza would have been top four chance but unlikely to get a run.

Interested to see the whole deal. Can they not talk the moment they go out for prelims, or within say five minutes of advertised start times? Gonna be fun policing this one.

Wasn't this part of Phil Gooffs legacy as Mayor of Auckland? Do recall all the Croquet ( Alpher's Ave,) , Bowling - (Carlton & Avondale) Golf ( Chamberlain Park, Remuera Golf Club, Gulf Harbour, Takapuna Golf club etc, Carlaw Park, Western Springs etc and other Clubs also been destroyed bc City Hall decided they are better served to build housing on - they are all on flood plains and were part of The Wasteland Acts which subsequently was incorporated as Domains Acts, Racecourse Reserves and Public Reserves expressly for the enjoyment of Public Health. Without healthy people getting fit outdoors there's problems in wider society with functioning. Note that the likes of Councillor Shane Henderson, Waitakere, has been mentored by former Councillor & Mayor Bob HARVEY, Phil GOFF and Phil TYWFORD so be on the alert for more rubbish decisions.

I think Auckland field sizes and (un)attendence levels can answer that one easily enough.

Also FERNZ fertilizer group. Do remember to factor into account people like Ray Smith, Gold Corp who also fleeced "investors'" and look at the s*** show trail he's left all over "Governance" if the people of NZ - including "cheap housing" standards, Corrections and MSD and now MPI. He recently visited China. It would be interesting to see the full disclosure of his expenses and legacy where he has been... People like him also need to be held to account for the destruction of the Economy.

Good luck to him , a credit to his family , might be tempted to have a share when he starts syndicating .

Is this an Online only survey? Or are there other democratic Options to undertake it in person face to face? Paper format or Telephone Options for those who may not have reasonable access to the Internet? Has it been posted out through NZ Post to be Mail delivered or Courier Drivers where they still randomly deliver those in Rural regions mail? Or is this yet another Human Behavior Project / Behavior Insights Team fudge up. For those who may not know about The Human Behavior Project/ BIT look it up. They receive vast funding through IBM / Microsoft. They also have a "contract" with the New Zealand Government...
